Tarter Krinsky & Drogin represented Cayuga Capital Management LLC, a private real estate investment firm, in the purchase, leasing and financing of the new Playland Motel on Rockaway Beach Boulevard. Playland opened the first weekend in July and has since become widely popular amongst local residents and other summer beach goers.
