Denn, owner of Cobble Creek Builders Inc., regarding alleged fraudulent statements made in connection with debts incurred. ACCBA Holdings LLC alleges that Denn obtained loans under false pretenses, and transferred the assets of Cobble Creek to defraud ACCBA.
