We are pleased to announce that Litigation Partner Debra Bodian Bernstein has been appointed to the New York City Bar Association’s Real Property Law Committee. As a committee member, Debra will have the opportunity to draft reports, comment on legislation, sponsor continuing legal education programs and help serve in an advisory capacity for the real property legal community. Debra has significant experience handling real property-related litigation matters and is part of our Commercial Landlord-Tenant Lease Disputes practice.
