Tarter Krinsky & Drogin represented a neurologic care facility in connection with an employment discrimination charge filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The charge was filed by a former employee who alleged discrimination based on disability, sex, age, and retaliation in violation of Title VII and the New York State Human Rights Law (SHRL). At the conclusion of the investigation, the EEOC was unable to conclude that the information obtained during its investigation established the alleged violations and dismissed the charge.

Richard L. Steer and Tara Toevs Carolan, attorneys in our Labor and Employment Practice Group, handled the matter.
