Tarter Krinsky & Drogin represented Link Real Estate NYC in the acquisition of Key New York. Link Real Estate is a young, full service firm that handles residential marketing and leasing, as well as sales. The deal, which was finalized on July 2nd, will be an ongoing merger in an effort to grow the combined firm. With the procurement of Key, Link will be able to expand their company through an increase in brokers, additional offices throughout the city, and greater access to listings.
