We are representing Main Street Connect LLC d/b/a Daily Voice an online hyper-local news website which operates approximately 41 local news websites in Westchester County and Fairfield County, CT.  in its chapter 11 bankruptcy case filed on May 7, 2013 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.  The Company intends to sell substantially all of its assets pursuant to a Section 363 sale. On May 14, 2013, the Bankruptcy Court approved debtor-in-possession financing to keep the company operating pending a sale.
