We represented Verboten in the sale of its leasehold interest and personal property to the former owner/operator of Pacha NYC. Verboten was a club located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn that had filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. The initial stalking horse bid was $400k but through a marketing campaign spearheaded by the firm with the assistance of a local broker specializing in distress assets, the auction resulted in a $1.2 million bid.
