Managing Partner Alan Tarter was quoted in The New York Law Journal article on December 8. The article "Firms Turn to Specialists to Boost Collections" addresses about law firm billing and collections procedures. Tarter Krinsky & Drogin was highlighted for our innovative timekeeping contest invented by our Accounting Department. Alan noted our approach "It creates a little bit of competition," and "forces people to have better timekeeping habits." He noted the competition also has resulted in better turnaround of invoices and client payments, and it allows the firm to better track productivity and attorney workload, Tarter said. Alan also noted "the quicker you get the bills out, the quicker you get paid," he added. "If you have good timekeeping, that is going to accelerate the whole cycle."
