Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP is pleased to announce that Patrick J. Kilduff joined the firm as a Partner.

Pat represents national and international media companies, as well as commercial property owners, developers, investment bankers and hedge funds regarding outdoor and out-of-home advertising opportunities. He has litigated constitutional challenges to municipal sign ordinances and claims arising from the commercial speech and takings doctrines, as well as a wide variety of contract, commercial and real property claims.

Pat has extensive experience in New York City Administrative Code enforcement proceedings and represents diverse clients including hospitals, restaurants, cabarets and property management companies in matters concerning violations of the New York City Zoning Resolution, Building Code, Fire Code and the New York State Alcoholic Beverage Control Law.

Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, Pat was a Partner at Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP.
