Richard Schoenstein, Co-Chair of the firm's Litigation practice, appeared on CBS News New York to discuss the pre-trial proceedings in the New York State prosecution of Luigi Mangione, who is accused of murdering UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson last year.  Rich talked about some of the evidence that the defense hopes to exclude at trial.
