Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP is pleased to announce that Saree R. Ptak has joined the firm as a Partner in the Real Estate Practice.

Saree represents developers, landlords and institutions in their commercial real estate transactions. She handles all aspects of complex office, retail, industrial and residential mixed use projects including acquisition, disposition, development, leasing and strategy planning. Her deep experience in acquisitions, construction and financing, uniquely qualifies her to help clients navigate through complex business and legal issues.

Her corporate practice focuses primarily on small to midsize privately held businesses. Acting as general counsel, she handles matters as diverse as negotiating and executing on operational and transactional documents to evaluating and resolving potential disputes and litigation matters.

Saree represents retailers, manufacturers and distributors in all aspects of their businesses.

Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, Saree worked at Edwards Wildman.
