Saree R. Ptak is a partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice.

Saree represents owners, developers, investors, family-owned real estate businesses and institutions in their commercial real estate transactions, as well as lenders in their financing matters.  Saree also works with coop and condo boards and owners in financing, renovations and transfers.

Her experience spanning acquisition, disposition, development, leasing and strategy planning has led to her handling numerous complex office, retail, industrial and residential mixed use projects. Her deep experience in acquisitions, construction, and mezzanine financing, uniquely qualifies her to help clients navigate through complex business and legal issues.

Her corporate practice primarily focuses on small to midsize privately held businesses. She serves as general counsel, handling matters as diverse as negotiating and executing operational and transactional documents, to evaluating and resolving potential disputes and litigation matters.

Saree also represents retailers, manufacturers, and distributors in all aspects of their businesses.
