Patrick J. Kilduff, partner and Chair of Administrative Law and Outdoor Advertising practices, was noted in the Westchester County Business Journal in connection with a dispute between our client, Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc., and the owner of a Yonkers building regarding ownership of the large advertising sign structure located on the roof of the building near the New York State Thruway. Pat successfully obtained a temporary restraining order for Clear Channel, which prevents the building owner from using (or entering into any agreement with any other party for the use of), altering or removing, or causing or allowing any other person or entity to use, alter or remove Clear Channel’s sign structure and tolls the period within which Clear Channel must remove its sign structure from the premises.
