Noah Bunzl is Counsel in the Firm’s Labor & Employment Practice, focusing on employment litigation.
Noah represents employers and individuals in connection with complex relationships at work. Noah has substantial experience advising and representing clients in connection with discrimination, retaliation, pay equity, and wage and hour claims. In court and arbitration, Noah has represented clients in a wide range of employment disputes including sexual harassment, discrimination, bonus policies, employment contracts, equity agreements, non-competes and workplace mobility matters.
Beyond labor and employment, Noah also has experience litigating a broad range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and intellectual property matters. Noah is involved in all stages of litigation, from initial analysis through discovery, motion practice, and trial.
