Press Release

NEW YORK (November 18, 2024) – Tarter Krinsky & Drogin announced today that real estate transactions attorney Jeff Cronin has joined the firm as counsel in New York, further expanding the team’s market leading Real Estate practice, which has seen significant strategic growth in the past year.
“With his substantial transactional experience and previous role as in-house counsel, Jeff brings a practical, client-centered approach to the law that complements and enhances the way we serve all our real estate clients,” said Tarter Krinsky & Drogin Managing Partner Alan Tarter. “This unique perspective allows Jeff to address legal matters with actionable solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. We look forward to the insights he will bring to our team.”
Cronin advises clients on the full spectrum of transactional real estate matters, with significant experience in commercial leasing matters, representing both landlords and tenants in the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial leases for office, restaurant, retail, industrial and warehouse properties.
His broader experience includes representing clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including sales and purchases, financings and joint ventures, as well as representing owners and developers in establishing condominiums and planned communities.
Cronin joins Tarter Krinsky & Drogin from Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco, and previously served as in-house counsel for a national residential mortgage company, where he handled day-to-day and other corporate legal matters, including real estate-related transactions and all commercial leasing matters. He holds a B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and received his J.D. degree from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law.
“Joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a team known for its depth in commercial real estate,” said Cronin. “The firm’s prominence in New York along with its national platform will allow me to serve clients in meaningful ways, addressing their needs across markets and complexities. I look forward to collaborating with such a talented group of professionals to help clients achieve practical, growth-oriented solutions.”
The addition of Cronin follows the addition earlier this year of commercial real estate partner Duncan Delano, three real estate litigators, three construction lawyers, and five landlord-tenant lawyers earlier this year.
