Litigation partner Richard Williamson will teach at the New York County Lawyers’ Association Winning Cases in Federal Court program, a two-day CLE event held on July 8 and 15 in New York City.
During day one, Richard, along with a panel of top litigators, will cover various topics including commencing an action in federal court, seeking and opposing summary judgment and trial of a civil case in federal court. On day two, topics will include an overview of discovery methods and motions, electronic discovery and ethical considerations, among other topics.
