Richard DiStefano is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate, Securities, and M&A Practice. He provides counsel in capital markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation. Richard is a trusted advisor to domestic and foreign private issuers, underwriters, and broker-dealers, as well as directors, executive officers, in-house counsel, investors, and entrepreneurs. He also provides valuable guidance in matrimonial matters involving complex business interests.  

Representing a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, nutritional supplements, medical devices, personal care, financial services, retail, REITs, marketing, media and entertainment, and beverages, Richard’s representative matters have included:

Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, Richard was a Shareholder at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC and earlier was a Partner with Blank Rome LLP.
