Robyn Jagroop is an associate in the Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate Leasing Practices, representing landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing matters. She advises purchasers, sellers, and lenders on multimillion dollar real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex contracts. Relying on her experience as a real estate associate working with lenders, buyers, and sellers in commercial and residential closings, Robyn is skilled in preparing a wide range of leases, agreements, and contracts.
Robyn has experience preparing and submitting offering plans converting rental buildings to condominiums, including filing sponsor documentation and amendments of existing condominium offering plans with the New York State Attorney General’s office.
Representative Matters:
- Represents national insurance companies in office leasing transactions nationwide.
- Represented owner in a $30 million sale of four adjacent properties on the Upper East Side, consisting of 80 residential units and two commercial storefronts.
- Represented the seller of a 176-acre parcel in upstate New York to the City of New York, which included advising on administrative and bureaucratic issues that arose from selling to a governmental entity.
