On October 24, 2023, Rosanna presented the CLE, “Drafting a Will” for Brooklyn Bar Association in partnership with Access Justice Brooklyn. During the presentation, Rosanna discussed the mental capacity to sign a will and other advance directives, what needs to be included in a will, best practices when drafting a will, life insurance policies and their effect on a will, IRAs and their effect on a will, and other advance directives that can/should be considered when drafting a will such as disposition of remains. The program fundraised for Access Justice Brooklyn, an organization that provides free legal advice and representation to individuals who cannot afford it.
