Samantha Jacobson is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Practice. 

She works on matters involving a broad range of legal issues, including breach of contract, partnership/joint venture disputes and financial services disputes, and real estate-related claims.  Samantha supports the practice in all stages of litigation, including initial investigation and pleading, discovery and motion practice, and trial and appeal.

Samantha is involved in litigation and trial proceedings before the New York State Supreme Court. She helps the team counsel clients on their various options, and drafts motions, pleadings, stipulations, and settlement agreements.

She also has experience handling interstate and international custody matters arising under the Hague Convention and the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Enforcement Act.
