Samantha Jacobson is an associate in the Firm’s Matrimonial & Family Law Practice. Supporting both individuals and families in all facets of matrimonial and family law matters, Samantha assists clients on divorce, custody and child support issues, prenuptial agreements, and partnership disputes.

Samantha is involved in litigation and trial proceedings before the New York State Supreme Court and Family Court. She helps the team counsel clients on their various options, and drafts motions, pleadings, stipulations, and settlement agreements.

She also has experience handling interstate and international custody matters arising under the Hague Convention and the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Enforcement Act.
