Formerly a partner for 10 years at Todtman, Nachamie, Spizz & Johns, P.C., Scott focuses on debtor and creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and out-of-court workouts. His clients include a wide range of public and private middle-market companies as well as creditors’ committees. In addition, he counsels individual clients with regard to complex individual debt restructuring.
