Steven Dovi is an Associate in the firm’s Construction Practice. He represents owners, developers, contractors, construction managers, and other industry professionals in construction-related transactions and litigation matters.
Steven’s experience also includes representing both developers and impacted neighbors in negotiating construction license and access agreements and litigating various matters related to RPAPL § 881.
He graduated from Brooklyn Law School as a Prince Merrit Scholar. Steven was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Appellate Division, and participated in the Price Media Law international competition. He served as Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law, where his Note, Same Old Story, New Solution: Force Majeure Deficiencies In The Wake of COVID-19 and An Unorthodox Approach to Drafting It, was published in Volume 17, Issue 2.
