William Schmedlin is counsel in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice. Bill focuses his practice on handling employment litigation matters, including wage and hour matters, defense of discrimination, and other employment related actions.
A knowledgeable trial lawyer, Bill has broad experience handling complexities involving restrictive covenants and employee mobility. He collaborates with clients to develop courtroom and arbitration strategies tailored to their unique goals.
Beyond labor and employment, Bill also litigates a wide range of commercial disputes, including those concerning breaches of contract, intellectual property, false advertising, and trusts and estates. He is actively involved in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit and initial case analysis and strategy through trial.
