A knowledgeable trial lawyer, Bill has broad experience handling complexities involving restrictive covenants and employee mobility. He collaborates with clients to develop courtroom and arbitration strategies tailored to their unique goals.

Beyond labor and employment, Bill also litigates a wide range of commercial disputes, including those concerning breaches of contract, intellectual property, false advertising, and trusts and estates.
