NEW YORK – March 1, 2024 –Tarter Krinsky & Drogin adds greater depth to its nationally recognized Litigation team as Howard S. Wolfson joins the Firm as a partner in its New York office.
Wolfson’s addition comes on the heels of a transformative growth period for Tarter Krinsky & Drogin in 2023, which saw the Firm strengthen its litigation, real estate, labor and employment, international, and matrimonial and family law capabilities. An accomplished commercial litigator, Wolfson brings a wealth of experience representing health and life insurers, franchisors and manufacturers, and various parties in insurance, real estate and EB-5 disputes.

Wolfson focuses his practice on defending health and life insurers in disputes with providers, policy holders, and third parties. On behalf of these clients, he handles a wide range of matters, including actions involving reimbursement of out-of-network providers, ERISA, claims for libel and slander, contract and tort disputes, claims for fraudulent and abusive billing, and foreign death claims. Additionally, he is nationally recognized for his work in franchise and distribution law. Throughout his career, Wolfson has successfully defended clients in encroachment cases, as well as fraud, trademark infringement, breach of contract, transshipping, false labeling claims, and various other business and tort issues.
