Construction chair David Pfeffer was quoted in The Real Deal’s article, "Brooklyn’s Inventory Balloon,” which discusses the concerns some are having in regard to Brooklyn’s many new residential projects and how quickly the inventory can be absorbed. David states, "Developers feel there’s a lot of inventory in most neighborhoods, and sophisticated developers want to see absorption.
