Cynthia Couch Jessee is Counsel in the Firm’s Real Estate practice, focusing on commercial real estate transactions. She brings over 25 years of experience advising clients in complex matters, including acquisitions, growth strategies, design and development, dispositions, development of multi-family projects, and leasing for retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use projects, helping clients in every aspect of the transaction life cycle.
Cynthia began her practice with a small law firm in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, representing clients in real estate transactions. In 2010, she relocated to New York City and began focusing on commercial transactions. Through her practice in a highly competitive international real estate market, Cynthia has developed exceptional leadership and negotiation skills, enabling her to deliver comprehensive strategic counsel and professional excellence for her clients.

- Represented medtail vision company, as in-house counsel, in transactions throughout the United States, including the acquisition and growth of the Company, analyzing and negotiating lease assignments and/or new leases for each location. Assisted the company in navigating the retail disruptions of the COVID-19 pandemic
