Cynthia Couch Jessee, Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate practice, was honored with the CREW San Antonio Hidden Hero Award on December 9 at a luncheon event.

The Hidden Hero Award recognizes a member who has gone above and beyond behind the scenes to make sure all CREW San Antonio initiatives run smoothly.

CREW recognized Cynthia, President-Elect of the organization, as a Hidden Hero in honor of her unwavering commitment to the organization and its members. Beyond sponsoring and volunteering at countless CREW initiatives, Cynthia is known for genuinely listening, offering support, and fostering meaningful connections that strengthen both professional and personal relationships across the community. She actively champions the success of others, encouraging leadership, participation, and confidence among members at every career stage.

A dedicated contributor to several committees, Cynthia has also served as a mentor, led CREW workshops, and played a key role in shaping new programs and events. She looks forward to expanding her role more broadly as President in 2026.
