Giuliano Iannaccone and Heather Ohlberg will be presenting at the Cibus Market Check event on July 2 in New York. Their presentation will address legal and regulatory aspects and  issues that may arise in connection to importing and distributing food in the U.S., as well as the distribution of food products through direct sales outlets and retail stores.

The event, which is organized by Cibus, is part of a five-stage project developed to help Italian food companies successfully operate in target markets.  The Cibus Market Check runs concurrently with the Fancy Food Show, which is North America’s largest food and beverage event held in New York City from June 30, 2013 – July 2, 2013, and features retailers from Trader Joe’s, Fairway, Costco, Stop & Shop, and Pathmark. Cibus Market Check has also taken place in Moscow, São Paulo, and will soon be held in Shanghai in November.
