This session is the second of a three-series webinar which will discuss the approach to be taken by foreign corporations and entrepreneurs entering the U.S. market, the legal aspects related to the opening of a subsidiary in the United States, and the tax issues to be considered in the set-up and management of a U.S. subsidiary.
