NEW YORK – April 18, 2022 – Tarter Krinsky & Drogin Partner Giuliano Iannaccone has been selected to Law360’s 2022 Hospitality Editorial Advisory Board. In this role, Iannaccone will provide feedback on Law360's coverage of the hospitality industry and related legal developments, as well as give expert insight on how best to shape future coverage.

He represents large multinational companies, emerging businesses, and individuals engaged throughout the hospitality industry, including clients in the restaurant services, food and beverage, wine and spirits, and retail industries, on a spectrum of cross-border and domestic business transactions. Iannaccone leverages his business experience to guide non-U.S. clients and their U.S. subsidiaries to successfully establish and expand their operations in the United States.

Near the beginning of the pandemic, Iannaccone teamed up with a hospitality client to create the legal framework for Feed the Frontlines NYC. He assisted his client in forming a non-profit organization, allowing it to supply over 200,000 meals to healthcare facilities, shelters, and supportive housing residences throughout New York City.
