The United States Department of Labor has updated the forms that should be used, and the poster that should be displayed, in connection with the Family and Medical Leave Act. The new forms can be downloaded and are available here. The new poster can be downloaded and is available here. The new forms should be used, and the poster should be displayed, immediately. You may wish to simply tape the new poster over the old one if you use one of the commercially available "all in one" posters and do not want to replace it.
