NEW YORK – December 13, 2023 – In continuing its year of strategic growth, Tarter Krinsky & Drogin  expands its California presence as litigator Renata Guidry joins the Firm as counsel in its Los Angeles office.

Experienced in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, Guidry’s joining comes after the Firm added Litigation and Real Estate Partner Tyler R. Dowdall in California in response to clients’ interest and needs for litigation support on the West Coast. The Firm first established its Los Angeles presence in 2021, servicing clients in corporate transactions and strengthening its geographical reach.

Guidry guides clients on a variety of business tort and contractual disputes, both in state and federal courts. She handles complex contractual disputes, real estate and title disputes, complex construction litigation, employment litigation, bankruptcy disputes, and intellectual property litigation. She’s also skilled in out-of-court proceedings, including arbitration, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
