Tarter Krinsky & Drogin represented the landlord of The Factory in Long Island City, Queens, in the leasing of office space to Applied Research & Consulting, a data analysis company. Applied Research & Consulting signed a lease for more than 3,567 square feet. Gwynnie Bee, an online women’s apparel company, also signed a lease for 12,700 square feet in the building.

Built in 1926, The Factory is a 10-story, 1-million square foot creative office loft property, formerly owned by Macy’s and used as a furniture warehouse.
