He explains that, during 2020, the U.S. had the highest increase in the e-commerce sector of the last two decades and shopping online has become the norm for consumers. Giuliano notes that every foreign entrepreneur should carefully design their e-commerce platforms and assess potential risks prior to introducing their products into the U.S. market, especially considering the different federal and state rules and regulations applicable to e-commerce in the United States.
