Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP is pleased to welcome Jill Makower to the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Practice.

Jill advises clients on bankruptcy issues related to litigation, asset sales and business transactions. She represents chapter 11 debtors, chapter 7 & 11 trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, banks, litigants in adversary proceedings and other parties in interest. Jill negotiates and implements cash collateral agreements and debtor-in-possession financing and drafts chapter 11 plans and disclosure statements. She also represents clients in commercial litigation matters including actions involving fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and lender liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Jill was Counsel in the Corporate Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights Groups at Spizz Cohen & Serchuk, P.C.
