Tarter Krinsky & Drogin managing partner Alan Tarter was featured in a Law360 Law Firm Leaders interview in which he discussed the business and practice of law, the growth of the firm since it was founded 17 years ago in which it has grown from having just six lawyers to 80 lawyers today and what makes Tarter Krinsky & Drogin a unique place to work, among other topics.

When asked why Tarter Krinsky & Drogin is a unique place to work, Alan highlighted the firm’s GOAL program, which is an acronym for Go Out and Learn/Lead. He noted, "It's a program where we give every team member the opportunity to select a goal for the year and the firm will then support that goal. When asked what one trait is most important for a law firm partner, Alan told Law360 that it is "passion” and went on to say that "if an attorney is passionate about what they do — if they really love the law, enjoy working with clients — they're going to be successful. That's the key attribute we look for.”
