Since joining the Corporate Practice in March 2024, Mauro has led the successful completion of significant, complex deals, contributing to the growth of the department’s client base, which increased by over 58%, and building upon the Firm’s rapid expansion.  He also leads talent selection for the Corporate team and facilitates department-wide skills training workshops for attorneys at all levels.

Beyond deal-making, Mauro is a dedicated member of the community and founder of the Association of Croatian-American Professionals, focused on fostering growth-oriented cultural and educational initiatives throughout the Croatian-American community that enhance careers, access to education, and mentorship experiences.
