What is your greatest personal achievement?
Seeing the people that I’ve mentored succeed in their professional and personal lives.

What advice would you give to young women who want to succeed in the workplace?
Don’t sweat the small stuff. Seek out teaching experiences that help you learn how to effectively deal with all types of people in all situations. I’ve found these outside the legal field; my business colleagues are great resources.

What does Women’s History Month mean to you?
This month provides an opportunity for all of us to profile women’s accomplishments and achievements. It’s important for everyone to understand the depth of accomplishments of women from every walk of life.

What do you enjoy most about working at TKD?
The people are wonderful. I learn something new every day from everyone who works here.

What do you wish you could tell your younger professional self?
Learn more about marketing since it will be an essential skill to know as an attorney in private practice.
