Amy B. Goldsmith is chair of the Firm’s Cybersecurity, Data Management & Privacy Practice and a partner in its Intellectual Property Practice. Amy guides clients through the legal aspects inherent in building immediately recognizable brands, developing desirable products and services, and devising strategic IP, cyber security, privacy, and data management plans to mitigate risk. Additionally, Amy helps clients navigate through the complexities that arise from artificial intelligence.

Amy is a thought leader within the legal community and passionate about educating others on emerging legal issues. She has served as a vice president of the New York Women’s Bar Association and manages its continuing legal education (CLE) programs. Amy is a highly rated CLE teacher for Lawline and NACLE. She also frequently presents webinars on various topics for business groups, including Vistage. Amy was selected as one of Vistage’s 2022 Top New Speakers. Additionally, Amy previously was a speaker at TedxTimesSquare and served on its advisory board.
