Steve Troup was selected by the Cooperative & Condominium Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association as a member of the Contract Revision Subcommittee, which is charged with revising the standard form of purchase and sale agreement for co-op apartments in New York. Completing the revisions is approximately a 26-40 week process. Once approved by the City Bar Executive Committee, it then sends the revised contract to a similar committee of the New York State Bar Association for its approval.
