“We pride ourselves in our community, which is why this honor is so special. Since our founding, we have prioritized creating and maintaining an environment that fosters collaboration and personal and professional development,” said Managing Partner Alan M. Tarter. “We strive to expand opportunities for everyone and truly share this award collectively.”

The award comes during a momentous phase of growth for the Firm. This year, the Firm has added 17 new attorneys to date, in addition to expanding service offerings and offices.

“Growth has always been a fundamental part of who we are as a Firm. Throughout the past year, we’ve experienced a transformative period in our history as we have diversified in so many areas,” Tarter continued. “It’s truly a testament to our people that amid this expansion, we’ve been able to stay true to our core principles of community, collaboration, and advancement, which are all demonstrated in this award.”

According to Crain’s, the publication works with Best Companies Group, an independent research organization, to conduct the research and compile the final list of workplaces. The rankings are based on a combination of employee surveys and audits of benefits, human resources, policies, and perks.
