Couch Jessee brings over 25 years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience, significantly bolstering the practice's capabilities in complex acquisitions, growth strategies, and development transactions.

Couch Jessee’s arrival enhances the Firm's ability to serve clients across the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, from strategic acquisitions and multi-family development to comprehensive leasing solutions for retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use projects. Her extensive experience representing some of the largest retailers in North America and major lending institutions positions the Firm to better serve clients navigating today's dynamic real estate market. Couch Jessee will be based in Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s recently-launched San Antonio, Texas office, where she will serve clients nationwide.

Throughout her career, Couch Jessee has guided clients through every aspect of the transaction lifecycle, advising on initial acquisitions and strategic growth planning to design, development, and disposition. Her representative work includes representing a national medical retail vision company on acquisitions and growth strategies across the United States, managing all aspects of commercial leasing for one of North America's largest retailers, and representing commercial lending institutions in construction, development, and financing transactions.

Couch Jessee began her practice in Virginia's Hampton Roads area before relocating to New York City in 2010 to focus on commercial transactions. Her experience in the highly competitive international real estate market has developed her exceptional leadership and negotiation skills, enabling her to deliver strategic counsel and professional excellence for her clients.

Couch Jessee earned her J.D. from Regent University School of Law and her B.A. from Carson-Newman University. She is admitted to practice in New York, Texas, and Virginia, and serves as President-Elect of CREW San Antonio for 2025.
