Tarter Krinsky & Drogin represented Iona College, a co-educational institution of higher education chartered by the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York based in New Rochelle, NY, in connection with a lawsuit involving a construction dispute.  Plaintiff asserted claims for implied contract, quantum meruit and unjust enrichment against the College, and argued that the College was a necessary party to its lien foreclosure action.  Our motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against Iona was granted in its entirety.
