Alex Spizz advises clients on bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, debtor/creditor rights, and bankruptcy related litigation. A significant part of his practice deals with advising financially troubled companies. He represents debtors and creditors in the private and public sector in the retail, manufacturing, real estate, healthcare and telecommunications industries.

Perry L. Cohen represents clients in the purchase and sale of property, multi-level secured and unsecured financing arrangements, commercial and residential real estate development, investment tax credit finance and other tax subsidized transactions for affordable housing sectors, commercial real estate leasing and condominium and cooperative offering plan preparation.

Jill Makower advises clients on bankruptcy issues related to litigation, asset sales and business transactions. She represents chapter 11 debtors, chapter 7 & 11 trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, banks, litigants in adversary proceedings and other parties in interest.
