Attorneys promoted to partner:

Charles R. Pierce, Jr. has over 25 years of experience in construction law and commercial litigation. His construction clients include owners, developers, construction managers, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, architects, engineers and designers. Chip also counsels clients in real estate, insurance and corporate law including the purchase, sale and leasing of assets, and business formation and transition.

Rocco Cavaliere represents constituents in bankruptcy cases including debtors-in-possession, trustees, creditors’ committees, liquidation trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, asset purchasers, equity sponsors, insurers, and landlords. He handles Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases, out of court workouts and corporate restructurings, asset sales, and plan negotiation and formulation.

Attorneys promoted to counsel:

Scott A. Schneider counsels real estate investors, developers, landlords and tenants in commercial real estate and related corporate matters. He represents lenders in financings and purchases of co-lending interests. His practice focuses on representing commercial landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing.

Brian J. Beller advises owners, developers, operators and lenders in the acquisition, disposition, development, finance and leasing of real estate assets. He also guides non-U.S. residents in their acquisition of premier New York City residential property from the acceptance of an offer to the closing table.
