I’m proud of how the team has continuously strengthened to provide our clients a broader global reach and impeccable service.”

“Since our founding, we have always been strategic and intentional with our growth and this new practice exemplifies that commitment. With our new Turkish capabilities, we can now offer even broader services to our international clients,” said Managing Partner Alan M. Tarter. “Fulya’s knowledge of the Turkish culture and her strong corporate and M&A background greatly complement our current international offerings. I’m thrilled to welcome Fulya and surpass the high bar of quality service our clients have come to rely on us for.”

Fluent in both Turkish and English, Kazbay works with international clients on setting up investments and business operations in the U.S and assists the clients with their outbound investments and businesses in Turkey where she is admitted to Istanbul Bar. Her practice focuses on international law, corporate, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and privacy and data security. She represents clients in a vast array of sectors, including banking and finance, construction, real estate, retail and luxury, energy, media, telecom, pharma, and food and beverage. Additionally, she is admitted to the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

“It’s important to my career to find the right environment where I feel supported and Tarter Krinsky & Drogin has those opportunities. Joining their prominent international team, I’ll be able to provide my clients a full-service platform to meet all of their business needs,” Kazbay said. “I’ve always held long-standing relationships with my clients and work hard to give them strategic and trusted guidance.
