Tarter Krinsky & Drogin represented Hackermeter, a coding challenge website, in the negotiation and closing of an acquisition with Pinterest. The start-up was launched at Y Combinator’s Demo Day in August and matched developers with companies through code challenges. Hackermeter, which will be shut down, had 15 companies using the site and more than 60 companies waiting to join when acquired.
