Roxanne Levine was quoted in The Wall Street Journal article “Demand for Skilled Worker Visas Exceeds U.S. Supply Within 5 Days.” U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the federal agency that handles applications for H1-B visas, said the number of petitions it received exceeded the 85,000 available since the process opened April 1.
