Joining from Moses & Singer, Palefski and Bassin bring more than three decades of combined experience representing institutional investors, developers, financial institutions, corporate occupiers and high-net-worth individuals in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including significant acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters.

Former Real Estate Practice Chair at Moses & Singer, Palefski represents institutional investors, developers, owners and high-net-worth individuals in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential real estate. His experience also encompasses commercial leasing matters for both landlords and tenants involving office, warehouse, retail, restaurant, and medical properties, as well as secured borrowing transactions, including mortgage, construction, and mezzanine financing.

Bassin, formerly a partner in the Real Estate Practice at Moses & Singer, focuses her practice on sophisticated commercial leasing and sales and acquisitions. She advises financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, technology companies, sports organizations and real estate investors in high-value transactions across the United States. Her experience spans a broad range of asset classes, including office, retail, multifamily, and warehouse properties.
