NEW YORK – July 14, 2022 – Tarter Krinsky & Drogin has promoted eight attorneys firmwide, including five to partner and three to counsel. These elevations span a number of major practices and mark the Firm’s continued growth and development

The three associates elevated to counsel are:
Arsenis, a member of the Firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Leasing Practices, focuses his practice on leasing, commercial finance, and sports law. He represents clients in a wide array of transactional matters, including leasing, purchase and sales, and real estate financing for both lenders and borrowers.
Block is a member of the Real Estate and Commercial Leasing Practices, representing both landlords and tenants in office and retail leases and acquisitions. Block assists clients with the real estate components of mergers and acquisitions transactions and has also represented property owners in the negotiation of telecommunication license agreements, as well as license agreements for television and film productions and advertising campaigns.
Palumbo, a member of the Firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice, counsels clients on estate planning and estate and trust administration. She advises individuals and institutions on a wide range of trusts and estates matters, including estate and fiduciary income taxes and estate-related intellectual property issues.
Rosner is a member of the Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Restrictive Covenants Practices. He represents clients in commercial, intellectual property, defamation, and employment restrictive covenant litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration.
Temchin, a member of the Litigation Practice, represents small, medium, and large businesses in all aspects of litigation. He advises clients from initial case analysis and strategy through the trial phase and regularly litigates in both state and federal courts. He is a litigator with broad experience representing and advising clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including business divorces and dissolutions and real estate litigation.
Herman is a member of the Real Estate Practice. She represents owners, developers, investors, and commercial landlords and tenants in the acquisition, development, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial, mixed use, and multi-family properties. She also represents commercial lending institutions in lending transactions, including the purchase of co-lending and participation interests, and cooperative and condominium boards with governance issues.
Hudak, a member of the Intellectual Property and Amazon Marketplace and Online Intellectual Property Disputes Practices, advises clients on protecting and enhancing their intellectual property portfolios. She focuses her practice on all aspects of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, and litigation. Additionally, Hudak is experienced in assisting clients with IP issues on Amazon and other online marketplaces, guiding both brand owners and third-party sellers.
Schmedlin is a member of the Labor and Employment and Restrictive Covenants Practices, focusing on employment litigation matters and a wide range of commercial disputes, including matters involving restrictive covenants and employee mobility. He is actively involved in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit and initial case analysis and strategy through trial.
